I’ve created a nervous-system centered map and resource guide that I wish I had along my own journey. I’m here to share it with you.

This is my story

I KNOW NO ONE LIKES A LONG BIO, BUT…

I had anxiety at a very young age. I was eventually diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder around 14 and was put on a combination of SSRIs, mood stabilizers, and sedatives. The anxiety manifested in different ways throughout my life–constant nurse visits, perseverating, end-of-the-world worrying, choking sensations, full blown panic attacks, chronic gut issues, and teeth grinding.  

After 15 years, I wanted a more natural, holistic approach to what I was experiencing, but once I was off medication and had parted ways with my doctor, a question hit me hard: what do I do when I’ve never known myself without drugs and therapists?

I embarked down the path of “healers” and I tried it all – EMDR, hypnosis, chakra balancing, gut healing and detox protocols, ayurveda, channelers, muscle testing, saunas, fasting, visceral manipulation, kundalini, acupuncture, sound healing, energy healers, mindfulness classes, inner-child healing, reiki, celery juice, quantum healing, and literal buckets of supplements. 

Through my journey, I finally realized that no one had the answers, but me. My anxiety wasn’t something to fix or get rid of. It was something to listen to. 

Instead of running from discomfort, I began to turn inward and allow it, learning the patterns of my nervous system. Understanding my inner terrain. Noticing what my anxiety was actually communicating. I stopped trying to “heal” myself and started learning the language of my body—the wisdom it had been holding all along. Now, I help people do the same. 

Here’s how I can help:

I guide people through a process that eases anxiety naturally, by addressing the nervous system and emotional patterning. We’ll use anxiety as a doorway to self-knowledge, an entry point for understanding ourselves, rather than a symptom to run from. You’ll learn practices that’ll become a way of relating to yourself, your body, and your inner terrain—something you can carry with you into all parts of your life.
