Living with Anxiety:
A Practice of Awareness

In this series of teachings, I guide people through a process that eases anxiety naturally, by addressing the nervous system, emotions, and mental patterning. We’ll use anxiety as a doorway to self-knowledge, an entry point for understanding ourselves, rather than a symptom to run from. 

Through five experiential lessons, each building on the last, you'll learn practices that’ll become a way of relating to yourself, your body, and your inner terrain—something you can carry with you into all parts of your life. 

Everything in this series comes from lived experience. Over a decade of navigating my own anxiety, finding what actually helped, and being guided along the way by teachers, books, and mentors.
